This clean, efficient and reliable fuel cell powerplant produces 400 kilowatts of electricity and heat (approximately 1,700,000 Btu per hour) suitable for 
CCHP applications in a variety of facilities such as supermarkets, hospitals, hotels, industrial, schools, 
data centers and other energy intensive buildings.  
UTC Power fuel cells also qualify for LEED® 
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) points.
