Grace B. Niland is manager, human resources, at UTC Power, overseeing all human resources activities, including employee relations, executive coaching, training, compensation and benefits.
Niland began her career with United Technologies Corp. (UTC) in 1995 at Carrier Corp. and has held several positions of increasing responsibility in human resources in both the aerospace and commercial operations as well as at UTC Corporate headquarters.
Niland received a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from LeMoyne College in 1987. She earned an MBA with a concentration in management information systems from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University in 1994.
