| Joe Triompo
Vice President & General Manager
Joe Triompo is Vice President & General Manager of UTC Power, with overall responsibility for company operations and development and innovation of new fuel cell technology.
Triompo joined UTC in 1979 and has more than 30 years of experience in general management, engineering and program management while serving in key roles at Hamilton Sundstrand. He was most recently President, Aerospace Power Systems, responsible for aircraft electric and air management systems in addition to Page Aerospace Limited and Nord-Micro.
He serves on the board of the University of Connecticut School of Engineering and is a member of the University of Hartford Board of Visitors for the College of Engineering, Technology and Architecture.
Triompo has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Connecticut and is a Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan Fellow.
